从数字上看，免疫治疗参与以后，相比于单纯的安慰剂对照，出现疾病快速进展的患者比例其实还是降低的，免疫治疗虽然没有帮上大忙，但是没有害病人病情加速进展。这篇重磅论文的出现，可以一定程度缓解肿瘤病友接受PD-1抑制剂治疗的顾虑。对于其他条件符合，也符合治疗和药品说明书推荐的适应症，那么该接受PD-1抗体治疗的患者，还是要勇敢的接受免疫治疗，肿瘤爆发进展或许只是一个伪命题。参考文献
