My parents are two people I know who have aged exceptionally well. I say this because:我认为我的父母是我所认识的人中保养的格外好的,我这样说是因为:
They look almost exactly the same today as they did 25 years ago (as evidenced by the 2 pictures below)他们现在看起来和25年前几乎一样(下面提供两张照片证明)

All this isn’t a coincidence because they both work pretty hard on their health. Here are some interesting things I’ve observed:所有这些都不是巧合因为他们俩都很注重健康,下面就是一些我注意到的趣事:
Once I woke up from my sleep in the dead of night to find my dad pacing up and down in the living room. Concerned, I asked him if anything was wrong. He said he was trying to finish the day’s 10,000 steps.一次我半夜醒来发现爸爸在客厅来回踱步,我很担心地问他怎么了,他说正在努力完成当天的10,000步的目标 。

My mother never misses her morning walk. She’s actually the one nagging my dad to get out of bed and walk everyday!妈妈早上散步从未耽误过,其实每天她都是把我爸爸从床上唠叨下来去散步 。
