全市发热门诊就诊需求总体趋缓

Over65,000patientswerereceivedbyfeverclinicsacrossBeijingonWednesday(December21),down11%fromthepeakof73,000inrecentdays.Thenumberoffeverclinicsincreasedfrom94to1263tomeetsurgingdemandduetothelatestCOVID-19outbreak.Ingeneral,thedemandforfevertreatmenthasbeenmoderating,butisstillatahighlevelinthecapital.
12月21日，本市发热门诊接诊发热患者6.5万人次，较近日接诊高峰的7.3万人次减少11% 。发热门诊就诊需求总体趋于缓和，但仍处于高位。针对近期本市新冠病毒感染人数急速增加的情况，市卫健委通过完善分级诊疗医疗服务体系、改造公共设施等手段，不断增量扩容发热门诊，发热门诊总数迅速由94家增加至1263家。
北京多条地铁线路缩短运行间隔

北京市轨道交通指挥中心公布的数据显示，近几天来，北京地铁全网客运量已经由12月15日的157.74万人次上涨到12月20日的309.56万人次。在12月20日提高5、6号线运力基础上， 21日继续增加1号线八通线、亦庄线运力，自12月22日起，地铁公司进一步调整运营方案，缩小8、9、10、15号线以及房山线、昌平线列车运行间隔，并在13号线等线路加开临客。随着近期客流的逐步回升，京港地铁也及时提升运力、缩短行车间隔。目前， 4号线-大兴线工作日早高峰最小行车间隔已缩短至2分30秒，地铁14号线工作日早高峰最小行车间隔已缩短至3分钟。
朝阳百余家养老院和42家社区卫生中心对接

AgreenchannelmechanismwasestablishedinChaoyangDistrict,helpingseniorresidentsin101nursinghomesaccessmedicalservicesprovidedby42communityhealthservicecenters.Commonchronicdiseasescanbetreatedthroughtelephonebyadoctor,andanursewillvisitthenursinghomeifprocedurelikecatheterinsertionisrequired.Communityhealthcenterswillschedulehospitalappointmentforpatientswithpersistentsymptomsthatcannotberelieved.Theywillalsohelpseniorsincriticalconditionreceivefurthertreatmentinamajorhospitalwhennecessary.
朝阳101家养老福利机构已全部与属地42家卫生服务中心对接，为老人打通求医问药的绿色通道。普通的慢性病，一般通过电话联系即可，由养老院的工作人员来代开药。如需插胃管、尿管，则由卫生服务中心的医护上门。对于有持续症状不能缓解需要就诊的人员，社区卫生服务中心提供预约服务。对于危重症老年人，社区卫生中心则要根据分级诊疗制度，转运至综合能力更强的核心医院救治。
防疫“绿箱子”“黄胶带”优先配送
