通过上述流程图，大家应该对肺结节的处理有了一定的认识，但是一定要注意一点，具体问题具体分析，不能生搬硬套，可根据指南进行个体化调整。
因为肺结节的处理需要根据患者的具体情况来实施，如果患者身体状况不适合任何后续治疗，那么明确结节性质也没有意义。此外，部分检查费用较高、组织活检或外科手术更是有创操作，所以一定要充分权衡利弊并且尊重患者的意愿。
