总而言之 , FAVOR III China是首个比较血管造影衍生的计算指标和标准血管造影指导PCI的临床结果的随机试验 。 与标准血管造影指导相比 ,QFR指导导致主要不良心脏事件1年发生率降低35% 。 受益主要是由于心肌梗死减少(包括围手术期和非手术性心肌梗死)和缺血后血运重建减少 , 两组间死亡率相似 。 此外 , QFR指导导致支架和造影剂的使用减少 , 患者辐射暴露减少 , 以及手术时间更短 。
