患者苏醒期出现寒战引发的思考( 三 )


体感温度不适—术后低体温会使清醒的患者感到不适 , 虽然没有生命危险 , 但这种不适通常程度较重、持续较久 。 在一项研究中 , 未接受额外加温/保温措施的患者在手术结束时体温偏低2℃ , 需要2小时才能恢复正常体温和舒适状态[26] 。 根据个案经验 , 与疼痛、恶心不同 , 关于术后过冷/过热不适感的记忆可留存多年 。 主动的皮肤加温可显著减轻体感温度不适、加快复温 。 与术后治疗低体温相比 , 通过术中充分保暖来防止体感温度不适和寒战显然更可取 。
